As part of the booking process, you will be required to complete a health waiver form, to ensure that little foragers staff are aware of any known allergies and medical conditions of all children.
By accepting the Terms and Conditions you are acknowledging that being outdoors carries an element of risk with regard to allergies or the need for medicine. Little Foragers Forest School will complete a site check before each session in order to minimise the risk.
If the child requires any regular medication, we reserve the right to refuse entry if, on arrival, the parent/carer does not provide the correct medication i.e. Asthma pump, EpiPen or similar. It must be named in a sealed bag and handed to a member of little foragers staff. No refund will be given in the above instance.
Allergies
In a woodland environment there are constant changes and an element of risk. There is a heightened risk of coming into contact with flora and fauna that may induce or trigger an allergic reaction. However, we have an extensive knowledge of local flora and fauna on site and follow Good Practice when dealing with allergic reactions however minor or severe.
